Terms and Conditions
Fees: A handling fee of $1.00 Canadian will be added to each order to pay for Paypal fees and shipping materials. If orders are over $50.00 Canadian I will wave this fee
Payment: Please wait for an invoice before making payment. Payment must be made with 4 days after the date of invoice. I accept Canadian and U.S dollars as well as Euros.
Packing and Shipping: orders will be shipped out within 2 business days after receiving payment. Stat holidays and weekends do not count as business days. US and International shipments will take longer to arrive please see shipping chart for estimated arrival times. I will not be held responsible for lost packages which do not have tracking. If you wish to have tracking please inform me prior to invoicing so I may provide with an accurate shipping cost
Item Condition: Most used parts and in good shape. Any broken, cracked, dented or heavily scratched parts have been recycled and will not be in my store inventory. On occasion one may slip by quality control.
Part Variations: Some parts have slight mold variations due to changes by Lego over the years. Most parts with varying molds will be listed under the most common type. If you wish a certain mold type be sure to ask before the order is filled. This being said if a mold type is more expensive and rare it will be listed separate
Order Size: There is no lot minimum or maximum but I have implemented a $5.00 Canadian minimum. Keep in mind if there are 100 parts and even through the weight is small it may still require a box instead of a bubble mailer and will cost more. If unsure I will gladly send you a quote and let you decide
- If you have negative feedback less than zero I have the right to refuse service. Also if you have any negative feedback comments I will have insist that tracking be on any items you order which will bump up the shipping cost. Again I will not be held liable for lost packages due to the postal system although rare it does happen from time to time so if you are unsure please ask for tracking
